We utilize various methods to gather applicants from which you can choose workers for deployment. This is done through the following:
a) manpower pooling in recruitment activities,
b) advertisements in leading news publications, television, radio programs, and online networks.
c) referrals by trusted people or clients, etc.
SCREENING AND SELECTION OF APPLICANTS
A thorough selection process will be done to ensure that applicants we present to you will meet the competency and qualifications being required for the job. At this stage, we confirm the credentials presented by the applicants.
After screening, initial interviews will be conducted. If trade tests are required, we will let the applicants undergo them. If chosen, final interviews will be arranged with the employers for the final selection of the workers.
PROCESSING OF REQUIREMENTS FOR DEPLOYMENT TO EMPLOYER
The agency will assist in the processing of the travel documents of the selected applicants. They will be made to undergo medical examinations with duly accredited clinics as part of their requirement for deployment.
Arrangements will be made for them to undergo the required Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Then if everything is done, the chosen applicant will be scheduled for ticketing.
